To update Billing Information, have your registration information deleted or discontinue your account, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. To provide the Engagor Services, we collect Social Media Content from a variety of publicly-available Web sites. In general, anyone can find the Social Media Content that we collect via a standard Internet search engine or by visiting applicable Web sites themselves. We obtain Social Media Content using own technology, via public APIs, through agreements with Web site operators or via third party Service Providers. We do not circumvent technical or privacy controls in place to prevent unauthorized access. We limit collecting of information to those portions that are made public by the applicable Web site operator.
As a customer of Engagor you are responsible for the use of the Social Media Content. We require our customers to use Social Media Content in accordance with our Terms of Service, the terms of service of the applicable Web site from which the Social Media Content is obtained or derived, and applicable law.
In our Application we use the Social Media Content to display analytics and insights about this data. We provide various representations of the Social Media Content. In some cases we use third parties to provide additional analysis of the Social Media Content.
Our Application allows customers to engage and communicate with individuals who post Social Media Content in either a public or a private dialogue. The Customer is responsible as the sender of any messages to individuals and shall comply with all applicable laws relating to sending unsolicited email or spam and any terms of service of the Web site from which the individuals post was obtained.
