We are committed to handle information regarding its business responsibly. In this privacy statement we describe how we handle different types of (personal) information we gather.

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any information with third parties for their promotional purposes.

We use third-party service providers to manage credit card processing. This service provider is not permitted to store, retain, or use Billing Information except for the sole purpose of processing payments on our behalf.

As an Engagor customer you can always opt out of receiving email notifications regarding your account via your personal (account) settings. You can not opt out of receiving email communication about financial transactions.

If the entire or substantial ownership of our Website or Application were to change, your user information may be transferred to the new owner so the service can continue operations. In any such transfer of information, your user information would remain subject to the promises of our then current Privacy Policy.

We have implemented appropriate safeguards to protect Personally Identifiable Data and Customer Content from unauthorized access, to maintain data accuracy, and help ensure the appropriate use. To provide the Engagor Services, we collect Social Media Content from a variety of publicly-available Web sites. In general, anyone can find the Social Media Content that we collect via a standard Internet search engine or by visiting applicable Web sites themselves. We obtain Social Media Content using own technology, via public APIs, through agreements with Web site operators or via third party Service Providers. We do not circumvent technical or privacy controls in place to prevent unauthorized access. We limit collecting of information to those portions that are made public by the applicable Web site operator.

As a customer of Engagor you are responsible for the use of the Social Media Content. In our Application we use the Social Media Content to display analytics and insights about this data. We provide various representations of the Social Media Content. In some cases we use third parties to provide additional analysis of the Social Media Content.

Our Application allows customers to engage and communicate with individuals who post Social Media Content in either a public or a private dialogue. The Customer is responsible as the sender of any messages to individuals and shall comply with all applicable laws relating to sending unsolicited email or spam and any terms of service of the Web site from which the individuals post was obtained.
